 Directions for use:

• To prepare: Dissolve 1 sachet of Hot Chocolate for Slimmers in a cup of hot water.
• If you wish, you may swap the hot water with warm skimmed milk. Stir Well!
• For an iced chocolate drink, simply replace hot water with iced water, a dash of milk and ice cubes, pulse in a blender … Enjoy!
