Chlorogenic acid speeds up your metabolism and turns body fat into fuel for your muscles.
Lingzhi - Ganoderma Lucidum
The Lingzhi mushroom has already been traced back for over 4000 years in China and Japan. It has been used in traditional medicine because it’s generally known that it improves your natural resistance and your general health. Lingzhi is an anti oxidant, antitumor, antihepatotoxic (protection of the liver) and has the potential to regulate your cholesterol. This has been published in many medical studies worldwide. Lingzhi is also often used to treat a bad functioning liver. A good functioning liver is important for the distribution of the fats in the human body and for detoxifying free radicals and germs.

Guarana contains 3 to 5 times more caffeine than coffee. But the caffeine in guarana is much smoother and better absorbed in the body than regular caffeine.
